These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Desizaar at https://desizaar.com and any purchases you make. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information when placing an order.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and price every item accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or refuse any order — including after it is placed — for reasons such as pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. Colors may vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences.

Stitching and alteration services

Stitched-to-measure items and alterations are produced based on the measurements and instructions you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and details you submit. Because these items are custom-made or modified for you, they are final sale and non-returnable, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. For the alteration service, you ship us a garment you already own; we are not responsible for pre-existing wear or defects in items sent to us, though we handle every garment with care.

Payment

Payment is made by card through our secure processor, Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, per our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Desizaar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access it fraudulently, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
