Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the USA cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 per order. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear items typically ship within a few business days. Stitched-to-measure items and alteration work take longer, as they are tailored specifically for you — we'll give you an estimated timeframe and keep you updated.

Delivery

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we'll always help you track down a delayed package.

Correct address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at orders@desizaar.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Alteration shipping

For our alteration service, you ship your garment to us and we ship it back after the work is complete. Return shipping details are confirmed as part of your quote.
